When is my order dispatched?

Monday to Friday
  • All orders placed before 6.00pm are dispatched the next day.

Returns
We understand sometimes you may need to return your items. You have a 14-day cooling off period. You are entitled to return your items within 14 working days and get a full refund.

How can I cancel my order?
  • Unfortunately once an order is placed it is difficult to cancel it. Please contact us here and include your order reference number and we will see what we can do

How long will it take for my refund?
  • We will look to process your refund as soon as we can. Once we receive the goods, we aim to process the refund within 48 hours. It can however take up to a maximum of 30 days to receive the refund via the original payment method.

What happens if my product is out of stock?
  • MYDRUGS LIMITED orders its products from its wholesalers and if products are out of stock from the wholesalers or delivery from wholesalers is late; this will directly impact the dispatch of your product.
  • If a product is out of stock and we cannot fulfil it, we aim to let you know as soon as we can and MYDRUGS LIMITED will offer an alternative product or a full refund within 30 days.
