Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they affect your legal rights.


User or Users: This means any third party that accesses the website and is not either (i) employed by MYDRUGS LIMITED and acting in the course of their employment or (ii) engaged as a consultant or otherwise providing services to MYDRUGS and accessing the website in connection with the provision of such services.


You the user must be at least 18 years of age to use this website. By using the website and agreeing to MYDRUGS LIMITED terms and conditions you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

The terms and conditions apply between you, the user of this website (including any sub-domains, unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions), and MYDRUGS LIMITED, the owner and operator of this website. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the website. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you should stop using the website immediately.

1. Refund Policy

You have a 14-day cooling off period. You are entitled to return your items within 14 working days and get a full refund.

How do I return my items?

  • Please email your order number, details of item(s) to return and reason for return to

  • Please contact us if you have any issues in returning your item(s)

Unfortunately MYDRUGS LIMITED does not cover costs of the return postage and will not be liable for any damages incurred during transit. Please ensure you have secured and packaged the returns properly. MYDRUGS LIMITED always recommends sending all returns by recorded delivery service.

Please note

We do not accept returns for the following unless they are damaged or faulty:

  • Unsealed items with a protective seal due to health protection or hygiene reasons
  • Perishable items
  • Medicinal products that have been opened

Please note, this does not affect your statutory rights. You have the same consumer rights as conferred by The Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended); the Sale and Supply of Goods and Services Regulations 2002 and any other consumer laws that might apply to contracts as you would have when buying in store.

When will I get my refund?

We will look to process your refund as soon as we can. Once we receive the goods, we aim to process the refund within 48 hours. It can however take up to a maximum of 30 days to receive the refund via the original payment method.

Once you've cancelled the contract, you have a legal 'duty of care' to keep the items in a good condition and return them at your expense. We are entitled to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any loss of revenue in the value of goods supplied which may be 100%, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling of the goods by you.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations 2014, we will refund you the full amount paid for the goods including the basic delivery charge within 14 days of receipt of the notice of cancellation.

2. Delivery Policy

  • All deliveries are subject to MYDRUGS successfully receiving payment
  • Delivery options exclude bank and other public holidays
  • We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected during the order process. Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only.
  • Monday to Friday: We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 7.00pm on the next working day, after this all orders placed after 7.00pm will be dispatched within 2 working days.
  • Saturday and Sunday: We aim to dispatch all orders placed at any time within 2 working days.
  • We aim to deliver standard delivery option within 2-3 working days from when the order was placed.
  • Weight: Orders weighing over 5Kg incur additional charge of £2.50 per 5Kg.  You will be notified on check out. 
  • Please note orders weighing over 5Kg will not be eligible for free delivery
  • Orders may be delivered in more then one package and at different times
  • We try out best to ensure delivery times are met however we are unable to accept liability for any out of pocket expenses incurred for failed or delayed orders. You are still entitled to your full statutory rights
  • We make every effort to deliver goods within our estimated dispatch timescales; however sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances delays can occur. However, in accordance with the consumer contracts regulations, all orders will be fulfilled within a maximum of 30 days, or a full refund will be issued.
  • You must check the contents of your delivery at the time of receiving them. If your delivery items are damaged or incorrect you must make the courier aware at the time of delivery. We do not take liability for damaged goods received discovered after point of delivery
  • Sadly at the moment we only deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only
  • Standard delivery delivers most parcels within 3-5 working days. If your parcel is being delivered to a remote area such as the Highlands, Islands of Scotland or Isle of Man it may take up to 7 working days.

When will my order be dispatched?

All dispatch times are indicative only.

Monday to Friday

  • All orders placed before 6.00pm are dispatched the next day.
  • All orders placed after 6.00pm are dispatched within 2 working days.

Saturday and Sunday

  • All orders placed anytime dispatched within 2 working days.

What If I ordered my items but they are out of stock?

MYDRUGS LIMITED orders its products from its wholesalers and if products are out of stock from the wholesalers or delivery from wholesalers is late; this will directly impact the dispatch of your product.

If a product is out of stock and we cannot fulfil it, we aim to let you know as soon as we can and MYDRUGS LIMITED will offer an alternative product or a full refund within 30 days.

IMPORTANT: When you purchase a ‘pharmacy medicine’ please be aware the standard delivery policy does not apply. Your ‘pharmacy medicine(s)’ and other item(s) purchased alongside will be dispatched after the ‘pharmacy medicine(s)’ assessment criteria have been approved. This can take an extra working day, however we will endeavour to minimise delaying your delivery dispatch at all times. Please be aware this is to help ensure a safe decision is made to supply you with ‘pharmacy medicine(s)’

Pharmacy Medicine(s) Policy

  • This policy applies to all sales including a ‘Pharmacy Medicine’.
  • A pharmacy assessment must be completed prior to the purchase of a ‘pharmacy medicine’.
  • The assessment contains questions to gain information about your health and purpose for using the pharmacy medicine
  • The on duty responsible pharmacist and trained health care professionals will use this information to consider whether the pharmacy medicine is suitable for you
  • All questions must be answered honestly and truthfully. Failure to do so could lead to an unsuitable pharmacy medicine supply to you, which could cause harm to your health and wellbeing. We take no liability of pharmacy medicine supply if incorrect or misleading information has been provided to us
  • The information from the pharmacy assessment is stored securely for audit purposes. This information is kept private and confidential.
  • We have the right to refuse any sale of ‘pharmacy medicine(s)’ under the acting responsible pharmacist’s discretion. All ‘pharmacy medicine(s)’ sales are subject to our approval and can be refused at any time prior to the dispatch of the item(s) in question. A full refund of the item(s) refused will be made to you as soon as possible or within 30 days of the initial sale. Please note any refusal of ‘pharmacy medicine’ sale is for the benefit of your health.  
  • When you purchase a ‘pharmacy medicine(s)’ with MYDRUGS limited you agree you will fully read the patient information leaflet(s) provided before taking the medicine(s).
  • When you purchase a ‘pharmacy medicine’ please be aware the standard delivery conditions do not apply. Your ‘pharmacy medicine(s)’ and other item(s) purchased alongside will be dispatched after the ‘pharmacy medicine(s)’ assessment criteria have been approved. This can take an extra working day in addition to the delivery policy, however we will endeavour to minimise delaying your delivery dispatch at all times. Please be aware this is to help ensure a safe decision is made to supply you with your  ‘pharmacy medicine(s)’
  • You must not abuse, overuse or illegally use ‘pharmacy medicine(s)’ or any medicine(s). By agreeing to our terms and conditions you agree to MYDRUGS limited sharing your information with legal authorities if we feel there has been any suspicious activities within your account.

4. Marketing and Promotions

Only one voucher code can be redeemed per order
We are legally obligated under UK law not to offer any discount or promotion of baby and infant milk. Therefore no discount codes or promotions apply to baby and infant milk.

MYDRUGS LIMITED aims to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours but in a maximum of five working days. MYDRUGS LIMITED aims to provide resolution to complaints within 30 working days.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content included on the website, unless uploaded by users, is the property of MYDRUGS LIMITED, our affiliates or other relevant third parties.
  • In these terms and conditions, content means any text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software and any other form of information capable of being stored in a computer that appears on or forms part of this website, including any such content uploaded by users.
